How long does the process take?

It depends how fast you get the referral fee to us. It takes up to 1 business day for us to process it. If you send by regular mail, it is up to the post office. If you send by express or overnight mail, that certainly speeds things up quite a bit. From there, personal loans are usually funded within a day or two, lines of credit may take longer. Funds can be deposited directly into your bank account or can be issued by check. The first payment is usually due 30 days after funds are received. Lenders will report your monthly payments to the credit bureaus to help your credit standing.

 

Is this a guarantee?

As long as we have issued you a guaranteed offer and you have paid the proper referral fee, you are guaranteed to be approved for up to the guaranteed amount, subject to the terms of service.

 

Are the loans unsecured?

The guarantee is for unsecured loans and/or lines of credit, not secured.

 

Is the interest rate guaranteed?

The interest rates are estimated by us and ultimately, it is up to each lender to make that final determination, but you are never obligated to accept an offer if you do not like it.

 

Can I speak with someone on the phone?

Unlike a bank or finance company, we are an online company and unfortunately, we are not set up to have clients come in person to the office to fill out paperwork or to hire live operators. However, our customer service agents are able to answer any questions you may have through email or text message service which is the most efficient way for us to handle all our customer’s needs. All emails and text messages are usually answered within 1 business day or less, except on weekends and holidays.
