Regarding any reviews that are not positive, every company gets complaints and the larger the company, the more complaints there are. We have very few complaints serving thousands of customers every year for the past 20 years. If a customer does not receive an approval, then they are entitled to a full refund as per the Terms of Service. If a customer did not get approved, they can request a refund, provided their claim is true. Some of those customers were dishonest in their review. They said that they emailed us, and that we never responded. That is a lie. We always respond. Perhaps they did not accept our response, but to say that we ignored them is simply not true. We always respond to our customers’ questions or problems Meanwhile, we service thousands of customers each and every year and we do not receive thousands of complaints. We have an Agreement, and we abide by the Agreement.
The referral fee is how we get paid. We cannot take the referral fee out of the loan proceeds because the proceeds will come directly from the lender and the lender is not allowed legally to take our fee out of the proceeds. We get paid directly from our customers for our referrals and our guarantee.
A direct lender is not allowed to charge an upfront fee in order to give you a loan. The fee we charge is as a third-party information provider and referral service and it is not a fee for a loan. We provide the referrals and we guarantee the results, subject to the Terms of Service. We have been honoring our guarantee and refund policy for the past 20 years and we have had great success.
