We do not notify you when your payment is received.

The reason is because we receive all customer payments once per day at the same time. They all need to be opened, processed and then entered into the computer system before we even know that we have received your payment. That’s why we tell everyone that “we will contact you within 1 business day.” If we received it today, then we will contact you later on this evening when all payments for the day have been processed and entered into the system. If we do not contact you, then it means that your payment did not come in today.
