Regardless of what the post office is telling you, the post office has become notorious now for telling customers that their packages have already been delivered, but they have not. The packages are arriving a few days later than they are telling you online. Perhaps the reason is to avoid having to issue refunds for guaranteed service? I guess only the post office can get away with that. Nobody else can. This problem has been going on with the post office ever since Covid.
We notify the customer late in the evening of the same day that we actually receive it, unless it’s on the weekend or a holiday. We promise you that as soon as we receive it, we will contact you within 1 business day, as we told you. Please be patient. It will happen.
