I am very sorry to hear that. As per the Terms, there is no refund if a customer changes their mind. As per the Terms of Service, “All sales are final and not refundable or cancellable, except as outlined in these terms of service.” You are always able to get up to a full refund if you submit proof by mail of all approvals and denials from all referrals to our refund department, with some exceptions as explained in the Agreement and/or Terms of Service on our website.
